Working on a new report for Protein offered a great opportunity to reminisce about the good old days of LN-CC with Dan and chat with my always-inspiring friend Faye Toogood about her practice.
The piece I wrote for the trend forecasting type report – sent out to ‘influential’ brands/people and syndicated with various publications – focused on the increasingly important role of community in physical retail spaces, and how its increasingly important in the online era to foster those relationships.
It was also interesting to witness (shyly, silently from the back of the room) the forum Protein hosted, directly inspired by the piece I wrote. Always fascinating to see how people interpret and run with your ideas, even if you don’t always agree with it!
