The Pudina tal-Milied by Danjeli has become a yearly Xmas tradition in the Maltese party calendar. It has garnered a reputation as being one of the craziest annual parties and it always features a slightly messed up Xmas theme.
It’s rather exciting and rare that an open-minded client asks for “something Xmassy yet fucked up” so I gladly took up the challenge. The result was a kinky interpretation of one of Santa’s reindeers holding the traditional Pudina tal-Milied – a Maltese Xmas delicacy.
The artwork has been created as an oil painting and then coloured digitally.
