Recipe Development and Photography for St Dalfour Jam

I am creating a series of recipes and shooting photos for St Dalfour, an all natural jam company that uses no cane sugar, artificial colours or preservatives in their delicious range of conserves, honeys and jams.

My first recipe for the company is a Golden Peach gin fizz, pictured below.
A fruity and fun cocktail perfect for the heat wave using St Dalfour’s golden peach jam, shaken up in a jam jar with your favourite gin. Within minutes you’ll have the prettiest and most delicious cocktail.
The second recipe and photo series I have worked on is for brioche french toast with a raspberry sauce and a sprinkling of roasted hazlenuts.
