In a primary school, we asked children to draw a fire fighter, surgeon, and fighter pilot. Out of 66 drawings, 61 were drawn as men and only 5 were drawn as women. What the students didn't know was that the female "teachers" were actually examples of professionals they were asked to draw.



The campaign was shared by influencers, supported by institutions and recreated at homes and in schools all over the world. Most importantly, it proved how a simple art class could draw global attention to gender inequality and inspire future generations to redraw the balance.
