Reminiscence 1970-1989

  • Mason Griffiths

This project was all about creating assets for a fake 1970s/1980s corner shop window display. I wanted the designs to look and feel like they were created at the time, and to also comment on political or negative aspects of history. The examples below comment on issues such as the Cold War and threat of nuclear attack, Edwina Currie falsely stating that most eggs in the UK were infected with salmonella, and Britain's response to the falling of the Empire. You can see more on my portfolio at: www.tinyurl.com/masonportfolio I am very passionate about designing for political themes and would love more opportunities to allow me to use my creative skills to contribute to the political world.
