Our client asked us to help them to develop a concept & feasibility scheme to expand their existing UK Research Centre.
The proposal creates 3 new linked buildings that would sit alongside their existing buildings. It would expand the existing facilities with 150,000 sq.ft of new offices, laboratories & workshops.
It also includes a new visitors centre, restaurant conference facility.
We are collaborating with David Kirkland & Kenny Fraser of KFM Architects to develop the scheme.
