The pressure to commit to New Year resolutions vanishes by the middle of January. So that’s exactly when I tend to sit down and write mine. I think it’s got something to do with me wanting to see how the year is actually starting and, crucially my mind is free from the clutter of the festive break. In the context of Adoreum making decisions on areas of your life that you want to change, enhance etc is easier because we are surrounded by good examples. The membership provides inspiration and expertise. Chose who you sit next to at an event wisely and you could walk away with free coaching ;-) This year I’ve decided to bring accountability to whatever I decide to enhance. I’m doing that with Ben Whattam. He’s already given me his aims for the year and I’ll send him mine next week. Our first status check will be over drinks (clearly neither of us has "not drinking" on our list) at the end of February. Anyway that is my short take and if you need some inspiration I found this NPR Resolution Planner below (click on image) quirky but helpful. Good luck !
