The Institute of Education is one of the largest private second level schools in Ireland, sending more students to third-level colleges than any other school in the country. My role as Marekting & Communications Executive for the school really translates as in-house designer, photographer and videographer.
In Autumn 2014 I designed and launched their commercial wesbite. This responsive web design takes the same basic design elements across all platforms, intuitively adapting them to the viewing environment. Fluid, proportion-based grids and flexible images ensure that the website is optimized to deliver what viewers are looking for on any device.
Using heatmaps from the school's previous site, I created a design in response to users' needs.The website is now acting as a successful tool for both branding and generating sales.
