Retail Concept - Glassworks London

Retail planning and visual merchandising consulting… I collaborated with the lovely team at Glassworks London to plan their new store in Shoreditch. I worked with them to design the space, plan fixture placement and test visual merchandising principles. All completed in seven weeks from initial planning to final implementation. A bright exciting store, great product and a fantastic store team all working together to create an exciting customer experience. Next steps are to develop a VM guide and train the store team to maintain the retail standards along with planning for roll out of concept to Dalston and Soho stores.
