Retail Store Design - Queens Store for Heals & Sons Limited

Achievement - Created the concept on a new multi functional lighting store, that offered full flexibility, in- creased profitability and room for collaboration. I managed on behalf of the Chairman of Heals and the Board the build of there first bricks and mortar store in over two decades. The largest store I designed single handed, over 350m2. I worked with a team under myself of project managers, all trades and delivered all fixtures to budget and on time.
