Rockpanel Fire Cladding

For years I have loved using displacement and blur effects to give things a smokey or watery movement. So naturally when I was given a brief concerning things catching fire I knew what at least half the video was going to look like right away. I've done a million motion graphics in my life and this is a decent example of one I had fun with and was happy with the aesthetic turn out.
