I’m probably proudest of the role model workshops we’ve created, as one of our objectives is to ensure we all work in a prejudice-free creative environment. Having more LGBT+ role models is an important part of this. We looked around for decent training and most was expensive, so we designed our own! We now run a permanent waiting list for the free workshops and as soon as we have enough people we run one. We’ve noticed straight allies are coming along too, which is fantastic.
