ROSA NEVES ESTÉTICA is the brand of a Brazilian woman who has lived in Portugal for 11 years and who needed to adapt to the present day and also boost her communication in order to generate more customers. Of humble origin, Rosa Neves, who is also the Brand, is always studying in the most innovative and recent processes of her field, providing a high-quality service, but her Brand had very little, almost zero, OnLine presence and the majority of its customers are word of mouth, which was not profitable or healthy for the company. The challenge was to develop a brand to revert and boost this current situation of brand lethargy.
