SCAVENGER LUX - Fountain of Hygiene

Bompass and Parr called for creatives to design the future of hand sanitising to raise money for The British Red Cross. Exploring the pumps, rituals and sustainability of sanitation. My response, SCAVENGER LUX imagines a future where fashion houses can no longer create, but mankind still craves couture. First, I turned the old plastic bags in my kitchen draw into plarn (plastic yarn), then I crocheted the plarn into this stunning sanitiser carrier. Note the scalloped hem and fishnet body; perfect for festivals, eco-marches and saving the planet
