Schwarzkopf Professional are one of the world’s leading health and beauty brands and part of Henkel. Leading professional hair salons in 125 countries choose innovative Schwarzkopf Professional colour, styling and care products to create glamorous hair.
Pull is the only agency outside Germany that Schwarzkopf Professional have commissioned for creative and design work.
CHALLENGE
Schwarzkopf Professional UK were developing the Elite website - an online self-service portal allowing their top salons to customise their POS materials. Schwarzkopf initially hired us to develop the brand identity for the site, but we ended up building the whole thing for them.
From there, we moved on to design work for the UK team on a range of different brands. Pull brought to the table our experience with luxury branding and POS to create beautiful, high-end and innovative design that we’re really proud of. Our work caught the attention of Schwarzkopf global headquarters in Germany, and they asked us to work on international campaigns.
Since then, Pull have transformed Schwarzkopf salons all over Europe. We designed the complete ‘salon journey’ for Schwarzkopf’s suite of brands, delivering the brand experience for salon customers before, during and after their treatment.
Pull developed the brand identity for two international relaunches, OSiS+ and Blondme - originating the entire creative concept for the latter.
Schwarzkopf then asked us to design the 2016 Christmas campaign, from original concepts to packaging and POS. Pull also designed the Schwarzkopf Professional stand at Salon International 2016 - one of the biggest global events in the salon world.
Pull have been defined as the ‘go-to brand people’ among the Schwarzkopf Professional team. We’re now seen - and consider ourselves - to be one of the key brand guardians of Schwarzkopf Professional’s image.
