Science Museum Dead Ringers Identity and exhibition graphics

The Brief
To create four large scale banners to help the Science Museum raise awareness about recycling old mobile phones during a temporary exhibition in the Wellcome Wing at the museum.

The Solution
By finding the oldest phones at my disposal, then using typical text language to convey users questions, I was able to explain the process of recycling mobile phones in a fun and eye catching way.

The project involved art-directing the photo shoot with the four models chosen, along with some retouching for the final results. I also created the Dead Ringers logo which took it’s influence from a sim card and was used throughout the campaign. The banners were displayed on the exhibition for six months following it’s initial, heavily publicised launch.
