Tone of voice for Scouts: a tone of voice project with a twist. Because Scouts aren't managed like most organisations. They're run by volunteers. Thousands of them. Nearly everyone, aside from a small team at Scouts HQ, runs their groups on top of their day job. So, as well as creating a tone fit for Scouts in 2020, it had to be something that a leader at local group in Penrith or Peckham could pick up and use.
