THIS WEEK Enough talk - let's get 'doing' in Cannes with See it Be it Do it. What's your 'do'?

What's your 'do' asks the Cannes See it Be it team and Creative Equals.

James Whitehead, joint CEO, JWT London; Matt Lodder SVP MD EMEA, R/GA; Caitlin Ryan, ECD, Cheil and Mike Islip, CEO UK, DigitasLBi are the first leaders to champion the actions adland needs to take to change the gender diversity story, as part of the Festival’s ‘See It, Be It’ programme.

So what's your 'do?' submit yours at http://seeitbeitdoit.tumblr.com
'See it Be it gives a select group of tomorrow's female creative leaders access to some of the most influential people in the industry. This year Cannes Lions, with the help of Creative Equals, wanted to make sure we used this unique opportunity to bring about real change beyond the 4 days of the programme and its 15 participants.
See It Be It Do It is all about asking those we meet at the Festival to publicly pledge their what they will ‘do’, and for their tangible actions to live on social media as inspiration and reference for agency leaders everywhere’ says Sarah Watson, Global Chief Strategy Officer, BBH and Ambassador of this year’s programme.
‘While the focus is on immersing and inspiring talent with what they can ‘be’, we also feel to truly help these women succeed, the right frameworks need to be in agencies to help their careers upwards.’
We’re so excited to be part of Cannes Lions — and create real tangible change. Enough talk, time for the ‘do.’
