After 18 years of friendship and 9 of those from 4000 miles apart, chums Rebecca and Dulcie are back in the same city. For 2 hours a week they have been on the radio, discussing Birmingham student confessions, their wildly different tastes in music and their views on the seemingly insignificant yet hugely controversial ins and outs of British culture.
