Sophie Nolan is an International Wilderness Guide. Her clients are taken on truly incredible experiences in the North of Finland embedded deep in the National Parks far above the Arctic Circle. The passion she has for the outdoors is very infectious and heading out to work with her you can see why surrounded by vast landscapes, it feels like you have so much more space and time there just to explore. “We are so blessed to be able to take our clients to these unique areas, we have a huge environmental responsibility to not only take care of the land & water but also educate our clients. Because they can see the environmental impact humans have in these areas it means they leave with much more knowledge of how we can help our environmental impact” Sophie Nolan - Founder “We want to make sure we are giving more back than we take away. We donate 10% of each trip to help the local environment. In such a crucial time we need to take our responsibility seriously so learn how we plan on helping the cause.” Sidetracked are also actively researching into community environmental projects in the hope of putting partnerships together on future trips so that each client can use their skills or labour to build a brighter future.
