Working closely with Skanska's team, we co-created the investment communication strategy. Storytelling was based on juxtaposing the industrial history of Łódź with the city's future development opportunities. We designed the logo and visual identification of the investment and printed and digital promotional materials. The logo referred to the form of the investment, and in all communication we strongly emphasized the ecological solutions of the building (LEED, green terraces) and modern social assumptions (placemaking, woonerf).
