SMAAK Cookbook

In collaboration with the owners of plant-forward restaurant Yerba, the monumental task of photographing over 80 recipes and mood imagery was created for their long-awaited cookbook SMAAK - due to be published late 2020. The art direction not only reflects the modern rustic aesthetic of the restaurant interior, but also manages to capture the Chef’s (Walter) artful creations - each dish carefully composed and matched with the perfect backdrop and mood lighting to emulate the different seasons.
