Social Media Analytics

We worked with eBrandvalue (a stunning social media analytics SaaS) as a team to differentiate Turkcell's customer service operations on social platforms. The main differentiation point was to build an interactive and real-time dashboard in which we track every single movement on our social channels. We won Felis Advertising Award on Social Analytics in 2017.
