  Turkcell & GSMA Synergy -- Mobile ConnectWe built a single sign-on system to enhance omni-app sign-in experience of Turkcell customers. We cooperate with GSMA to be the first technology application of all GSM telco companies.
• Turkcell Chatbot AssistantWe built an AI-based chatbot for customer services in 2018 by deep network of Turkcell CRM systems and IBM Watson AI technology.
• Turkcell Shake & WinShake & Win is a retention campaign to encourage customers as a regular user for Turkcell Digital App. Users open the app and shake their phones to earn weekly gifts. We used shake-motion technology to diagnose the movements of the user.
