Social Media Analytics

We worked with eBrandvalue (a stunning social media analytics SaaS) to form an agile team to enhance our customer service activities on Turkcell social channels. The main differentiation point was to build a realtime interactive dashboard to track every single touch of our users on all social media channels and respond them. We won Felis Advertising Award on Social Analytics in 2017.
