As community manager across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and different brand audiences I’ve developed a keen sense of content management skills.
CASE STUDY: (G-SHOCK) when all social management was brought in house from agency (est. Dec 2016) within nearly a fiscal year I was able to increase engagement by +300% - with content planning & strategy, publishing and audience engagement to achieve commericial, brand awareness and traffic targets, both offline and online targets.
Alongside my own photography and video production, I’ve managed budget to source content creators from agency, independent suppliers and repurposed assets from other HQ territories.
