Someday Soon is a coming-of-age series set in London about a group of friends dealing with the challenges of urban city life. Over six days, the story explores the difficulties late teens face growing up, focusing on topical and current challenges, such as religious and racial discrimination, drugs, crime, the effects of social media and london street culture. Someday Soon tells a truly authentic story, drawn from real-life experiences, adapted and fictionalised for television. It takes an indepth look at society through the eyes of six youths living in today's London. It is packaged as a fast paced series, raw, contemporary, moving and at times humorous. The themes and stories are totally relatable, will engage a diverse audience and will have optimum appeal to a generation of young people, as this series is written, acted and produced by teens themselves.
