I have helped on set as a runner, artist assistant and set builder/deconstruction for adverts and events including Microsoft, Dyson and Royal Festival Hall.
My role as production assistant includes: financial production spreadsheets, managing the running costs of the projects, wage payments and more.
I enjoy both the creative and number crunching sides of this job, and also the flexibility of working part time.

Oxford Films works closely with the BBC and Channel 4 on Films and Documentaries. My tasks included: replying to company emails - CV applications, offers to buy completed productions etc. Greeting visitors, ordering couriers, answering, directing and dealing with incoming calls. I also had the pleasure of doing some research for a documentary in pre-production.
