This project focused on a topic close to my heart...breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and encouraging people to start talking openly about it. I approached a charity local to my University to offer my help on a voluntary basis managing their communications, this role later turned into developing the charity's first mental health blog.
Blog posts range from discussing politics, to art and culture, to even relationships and intimacy, all through the lens of mental health. The work involved keeping up to date with current trends in the sector, as well as maintaining a keen interest in what key thinkers and activists in the area of mental health were doing.
