This project combined my spiritual beliefs and the fascination of 90s rave culture and beyond, to understand the link that spirituality has on music and gathering of masses to all pulse to the same beat. I learnt about how rave culture used some ideas of the positive aspects of religion and spirituality to overcome hatred and this notion of entering a transcendental realm spoke to me, something that I could have my own interpretation on. I used cinema 4d to render my idea of what this realm would look like if a raver were to peak and enter this land. There's a lot of spiritual symbols such as chakra symbols and buddha statues, the colours are pastel and soft, and the world is ethereal.
