Illustrating the anniversary celebrations of one of Oxford’s first women’s colleges. St Hugh’s College was founded in 1886 as a women’s college and is now one of the largest colleges in the University of Oxford with around 800 students. 2016 marked 130 years since its foundation, 100 years since the opening of Main Building, and 50 years since the opening of Kenyon Building. I was commissioned to produce a series of illustrations for use in the festival's promotional materials. The brief was to celebrate the diversity of the college's built environment, from Victorian to Brutalist.
