Staff Summer Party (Promotional Assets for Events) - GAP Graphic Design Assistant at the University of Bedfordshire

Staff Summer Party Artwork: After looking over last years, Staff Summer Party design, I went on to develop a piece using vibrant and summery colours with palm leaves that I drew surrounding the edges coming in to the middle behind the text. Which was done using two of the universities fonts: Univers LT Std 67 bold. Save The Date Staff Summer Party: I went on to develop the Save The Date design. This will be sent out in an all-staff email putting the date on everyone’s calendar as a reminder. For the design, I went with something different but still fit the theme and painted a beach background, then used the fonts from earlier for the fonts. then painted various types of seashells, jewels and starfish to be placed around the text to bring it out more, as well as even change the text colour of Save The Date to bright red. For the staff summer celebration this week, June 13, 2024. Staff Summer Party Map and Digital Signage: I made a map based on the layout of the Bedford campus, removing anything unnecessary before adding all of the spots where everything for the day was placed. Then, after taking it, I went to Canva to make posters with the agenda, a bar code for an Olympic-themed quiz and directions to the bathrooms and shuttle bus itinerary. We then created signage for each location, including a bar, food and beverage vouchers, long-service awards and an ice cream van.
