Question: How do we build trust as a new service provider without any opportunity for face-to-face interaction? Answer: Banking relies on trust more than any other institution. Traditionally this was established through human contact in physical branches - but in the digital age that became stale and impractical. Working alongside their in-house team, including founder and CEO Anne Boden, Matt led the concept and developed their personality and tone to secure highly-trusted relationships through digital, radio and out of home campaigns, despite customers never setting foot in a bricks and mortar bank. Impact: Most-downloaded app in the UK during campaign. Agency: Theobald Fox for Starling Bank.
