Action For Children: “Choose Childhood” - 60s
There are echoes of the 'Lust for Life' sequence from the opening of 'Trainspotting' in this hard-hitting film promoting Action For Children, a charity which looks after the interests of children in care.
DAVID reviews
The storyboard frames visualize and communicate to the stake holders a very dynamic narrative - The camera tracks the young performer kid running off from a domestic violence to a better future, through a fast-paced and striking editing style.

Action for Children

Happy childhoods are in decline and hundreds of thousands of vulnerable children in the UK are hurting.
For 150 years, campaigning for children has been at the heart of what we do. With huge cuts to support services like children’s centres and crisis prevention happening at alarming rates, we see the harm it is causing to those who are most vulnerable. We see it every day in our work with children.
Children can’t choose their circumstances or government policy. But as adults, we can choose to speak up for them. As adults, we can Choose Childhood. Join us now and add your name to our campaign: http://bit.ly/2XKCXPR
