Structured From Nature

This project is inspired by my natural surroundings. I wanted to explore the physical structures that nature creates and elaborate on this. I explored surface textures particularly so in plants, extreme close ups of the way nature is built and the weird and wonderful ways nature can grow. From this, I abstracted my found textures and shapes to create bold, contemporary, colour final print and rug designs, intended for the modern and artistic interiors space.
