SU54 Africa tech.

We set up a company as part of a hackathon weekend where my team, Tabchain won (judges votes, mentors feedback, and have received the highest mock “investment” from the other competing teams). The 3-day event was called “Startup 54: Africa tech” and was co-organised by Foundervine and Pivotal labs. The premise was that teams had to form an idea based around a problem in Africa, work on a solution in conjunction with industry mentors from the UK and companies in Africa and then pitch to judges, who were all highly experienced in their respective fields.
