Role: Lead Creative Responsibilities: Lead ideation, concepting and creative strategy, copywriting and building pitch decks. Grew relationships with longstanding clients, managed multiple stakeholder needs and curated local talent. For Target Youth Pride 2022, we activated at both NYC pride and Minneapolis Pride. At both we aimed to create a safer space for LGBTQIA+ youth, focusing on self expression and community. We prominently showcased Target’s collaborations with LGBTQIA+ artists, created opportunities for young people to learn from one another, shared the mic with talented local BIPOC drag performers, and of course offered plenty of opportunities for snapping pics with friends old and new. KPIs 3000+ attendees 12K+ photos taken with #TakePride letters 8K+ samples given away at NYC 1K+ advice cards written
