Tate x Uniqlo "Spirit of London" Private Viewing

I programmed a celebratory event for the Tate Collective x UNIQLO Open Call at the UNIQLO flagship store on Regent’s Street. We invited the Tate Collective to creatively respond to the theme 'The Spirit of London', to create 8 images that encapsulated London’s citylife. Three finalists were selected from the open call and we held an exclusive private viewing to celebrate the emerging artists, alongside an evening of workshops, music and drinks. Artist Joey Yu captured our guests with live portrait drawing, draped live around the store throughout the night, Rebeckah at Embellished Talk took us through an embroidery upcycling workshop and our three finalists themselves led a design-your-own postcard creation workshop inspired by parts of London that felt significant to the attendees.
