Proving that Premier Inn is a great place to start for all the family, we launched the hotel chain’s first ever Teddy Check-In Service

Following a spate of toys being left behind after stays

Using the service, children were able to check their beloved toy in as a 'guest', and receive a special teddy card upon arrival to serve as a reminder for parents (including tips on where lost teddy bears tend to turn up in hotels!)

It also meant that the hotel had a record of all the teddies joining kids for the stay - so it was easier than ever to return them to the rightful owner
