Themed gift wrap project using the theme of bees to shape surface patterns created. This project used hand drawn images to get the organic shapes and style. While working on this project I discovered a traditional old wives tale about bees needing to be told about major events in the owner's life; births, death, weddings and funerals. I thought this was interesting link to the idea of gift wrap and card design.
