tenGO - Mobile App Design
tenGO is a multi-user app to improve the rental repairs process. Tenants, Landlords and Service Providers would use the app as a forum and middleman to raise issues, confirm any repairs, get quotes and confirm the repair is complete. The project included UX research, the creation of the company’s brand identity, the first iteration of the product and UI guidelines.

Simple, Friendly Communication
We developed a clean, personable app that took away to stress of the repairs process. User research and testing streamlined the complex back and forth between landlord, tenant and service providers through a simple dashboard and clear alerts and notifications system. An open and easy navigation process is complimented by a clean UI design with playful iconography.
