The Carth

When the past no longer illuminates the future, the spirit walks in darkness. Alexis de Tocqueville (1805-1859) William Turner (1775-1851) blends light and color in his paintings in an extraordinary way. I am particularly fascinated by one of his paintings at the National Gallery in London: "Rain, Steam and Speed - The Great Western Railway". I have created a steam engine and have experimented with motion and colors in a environment fully created with my 3D tools. The Carth is my first video in the Turning around Turner series I have in mind to make.
