Art Direction, logo and collateral design. The Flinders Wharf is a new concept, designed to showcase the very best of Flinders Island. The Wharf site has recently been given a new lease on life and is now a hub for both locals and visitors alike to experience the premium produce, hospitality and activities that Flinders Island has on offer. The logo was designed to sit alongside beautiful illustrations that represent the island at its core. My role at Kingthing saw me lead the art direction and create the logo and collateral in-house, whilst commissioning local artist Beth-Emily to produce the illustrations. The brand highlights the beautiful produce that can be discovered across the island and has been a chef’s secret pantry for many years!
