The future of customer experience

The project focuses on the future of Customer Experience and how it best integrates with marketing. The project and will be concentrating on asking three key questions: 1. Should more CMO’s own CX within organisations? And why? 2. What is the changing role of the CMO and the marketing department to enable/justify CX ownership? 3. What are the agencies contributing?

The results of the research will be presented at the IPA's EffWeek Conference 2020 with supporting written publication
