Led large event team of editorial, sponsors, partners, attendees, speakers, suppliers and assistants through event from concept design to conference delivery.
  • Designed and introduced new pricing strategy to maximise revenue and increase ease of booking.
  • Designed and launched revised marketing campaign including interactive visuals, vines and increased social media presence.
  • Created, priced and sold interactive Tech Zone to sponsors - increased investment and showcased the latest in gaming, VR and technology.
  • Created and led on new image for the event - new graphics and marketing strategy, new venue and format to break boundaries of the traditional conference style, adding workshops, drop-in sessions and Tech Zone to explore innovations in the field as well as allowing attendees increased opportunities to network with experts and editorial.
