The House Party - Bodega Bay

  • Emma Hardy

There’s an occasion behind Bodega Bay. The ‘TSCK’... of a can opening is the starting pistol for some kind of celebration. In the UK we don’t need a big reason to celebrate, a sunny day or a Thursday is more than enough. But there’s a special kind of reason to celebrate with Bodega Bay. Its convenience makes it the chosen accessory for music festivals, house parties, park hangs, camping trips or post-surf drinks. Bodega Bay represents a moment, and that moment is the journey to fun. My strategy behind the creative direction was to convey youth & activeness - appealing to an on-the-go younger consumer. Energy & joy - creating a sense of adventure and surrounding buzz of excitement. Authenticity and wholesomeness - real moments with real people. The setting was an east London house party scene, which captured those ‘journey to fun’ moments.
