THE I-MENU' / Rome, Italy

  • Marcello Ghirardi Paganella

"Discover what you're going to eat and how they do it!" i-menù was created to tell customers who have already chosen the restaurant, in a direct and visual way, what is behind the courses that will be chosen. Imagine that eco can have an instrument that links the transmission of the skills of food preparation with sharing on the web; not only, imagine the echo that this tool can have on social networks and cascade over the activity of a local: every person who shares the video of the preparation of the chosen dish will certainly find wide sharing in its social network, so that instinctively will invoke their followers to choose to try the same recipe both for the goodness transmitted but especially for the way in which the same is “fiction” through the video! i-Menù does not invent anything of technology, but reinterprets the uses and customs of the new generations to create a flow of information for advertising purposes for activities connected to the catering world that wish to share their knowledges through modern means of communication. The technology that is interacted through the critical reading of the needs and opportunities of the current market is based on the interaction between the most classic table menus, smartphones now common domain, the technology of QR Code and finally the video content.
