The Illustration Book
The illustration book is in reallity a collection of illustrations of mine, made to exercise an almost lost skill. In my youth I loved to draw and somehow i lost it. Not the love but the time to enjoy it. This was my attempt to go back and have fun. Drawing and converting it into digital, with simple lines and shades of colour.
The Direction
For this set of illustrations I had two simple ideas. One to use the inspiration of architecture and the simple lines that we can excract from it and other more personal, reflecting a state of mind. In this last example, a human shape can be found in the composition to transmit that lostness and loneliness.
