The Jameson Works x Wild Beasts

The Jameson Works is about sharing the stories behind modern craft, and spreading the knowledge of how great craftsmen work today.
Back in 2014, I helped launch it's very first project with the Wild Beasts. With the help of The Jameson Works, the band collaborated with illustator and GIF-maker Mattis Dovier on a unique creation – a GIF-Novel, based on two unreleased Wild Beasts tracks – Soft Future and Blood Knowledge. The Jameson Workse then documented the making process every step of the way.
To bring the campaign to life, a design toolkit , tone of voice and Tumblr page was created and a bursary programme which ran alongside the live project also enabled consumers to get involved in their own maker projects.
Working with media partner It’s Nice That, we also hosted a Q&A with the band around the collaboration, allowing consumers the chance to experience The Jameson Works in a physical environment.
Targeting national, trends and lifestyle media and influencers, we also managed the PR and social media strategy.
