A collaboration with The Laundry as part of their 'memories' exhibition. We interviewed a set of creatives about different subjects relating to their practises.
The Laundry: The new arts initiave by contemporary womenswear brand, Laundry Service. Is an arts curation and collaboration programme by and for Women and BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethinic) creatives.
SSPACE° is a creative studio creating a cross-cultural dialogue through their curated spaces and intimate events.

This intimate event themed 'People, Power and Collectivism', set in the heart of The Laundry exhibtion 'memories' will provide you with an insight into the minds of some of London's brightest and most innovative creatives.

Campbell Addy (Photographer/ Founder of nii Journal)
Martha Pazienti-Caidan (Dj and Producer at Radar Radi & Radio 1)
Jameela Elfaki & Noor (Creative Director/ Founder & Deputy Editor of AZEEMA Magazine)
Tania Nwachukwu & Jojo Sonubi (Founders of Black in the Day)

A day of talks, centred around these collectives/individuals and their work. Delving into their journey’s, the impact they want to have and their navigation and opinion of the creative industries.
This event is in conjucntion with The Laundry Exhibtion 'memories'. An exhibtion curated by Laundry Service and The Laundry founder Georgina Johnson. 'memories' is a collaborative projected exploring the relationship between sound and storytelling.

Contributors include:
Photographers: Cary Fagan (Texas) and Cecilie Rasmussen (Denmark)
Sound Artists: Aminah Ibrahim (Kuwait/NYC) and Martha Pazienti-Caiden (Uk)
Writers: Kareem Reid and Abondance Matanda (UK), to name a few.
Expect a truly immersive and emotive expereince.
